Yes. Aluminium works by blocking the sweat. This works on the odour instead, using a prebiotic complex that deals with it at the source rather than covering it with fragrance. You still sweat, you just do not smell of it.
How long does one refill last?
About six weeks of daily use. The case is bought once and kept.
Can I have more than one scent?

Is it strong enough to replace my perfume?

Will it irritate my underarms?
There is no aluminium and no alcohol in it, and the seaweed extract moisturises rather than dries. If your skin is broken or freshly shaved, give it a day before you use anything new.
